Enter your home or work address when making your purchase and we will send the order to the address of your choice.
Currently, we ship to the following seven countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.
Delivery costs and times vary by country and order value.
Germany: €2.95 for all orders up to €100 order value.
Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain: 5.95€ for all orders up to €100 order value.
For orders over €100, delivery is free of charge.
Germany: 2 to 4 business days.
Austria, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands: 3 to 5 business days.
France and Spain: 4 to 6 business days.
Delivery time goes into effect the business day after you place an order. Allow one additional business day for orders placed at weekends or public holidays.
We ship all orders with our logistics partner DHL.
Returns are super easy and free of charge.
Germany: You will find a return slip and return shipping label in your parcel. Just fill in the return slip, apply the shipping label at the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any DHL post office or packing station.
Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain: Please request your return via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and receive your return shipping documents via Email.
In order to process the return, you must complete the return slip and enclose it in your parcel.
Please take into account that we only accept returns within 28 days after the day you have placed your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Returns do not allow exchange of goods. If you want to have a product in another size or another quantity, you have to place another order.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your payment provider. Depending on your payment provider’s policies, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Please allow a few days for this.
Oder confirmation and tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking link of your parcel. Please note that all orders are subject to verification.
I still have not received my order
If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your e-mail as it is likely that you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has left our warehouse. Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery might take longer.
Items are missing, incorrect or defective
If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one you have purchased, or if you are missing an item of your order, we will refund the corresponding amount as soon as we receive the items at our warehouse and inspect the condition of the garments. Restrictions may apply.
Please keep in mind that you must complete the return slip and enclose it in your parcel. Please also retain a copy of the return shipment receipt.
